I commenced my career as a Trainee Analyst Programmer at the MMBW. I subsequently progressed through a range of positions including Data Modeller/Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Dev Team Leader, Project manager & Apps Support Team Leader. In the last 6 months I was seconded and worked as a consultant on an IT Strategic Plan which lead to a management buyout of the IT functions of the MMBW and the creation of a new private company, MITS Limited.
