Assisting graduate students and professors with research pertaining to affective polarization at the level of party elites interacting across national borders. As a team, we are primarily focused on the influence of populism, ideological differences, and membership in government on both the cooperative and conflictual behavior between political parties. I currently analyze the interactions between 14 EU member states to understand which European politicians are hostile towards each other and the various determinants of this cross-national, elite-level affective polarization.

Documents and photographs all fraternity events, including but not limited to weekly meetings, collaborative interfraternity events, and service projects. Manage fraternity digital archives, as well as provide summative collections of photographs and event descriptions for members in order to increase involvement.

Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with other UC Davis organizations, including consistent outreach through social media platforms and in-person communication. Create and manage a content calendar for social media posts. Regularly posts to social media platforms, garnering 2,000+ impressions on Instagram posts consistently. Curates and produces photography and media captions for events.

Coordinate and implement CLL’s Leadership Essentials Workshop Series. Create and facilitate new and innovative peer-to-peer educational workshops for the greater undergraduate community, including first-year residential programs, student-led organizations, and other student service departments/units. Maintains CLL database by entering and monitoring student participation data and program evaluation for workshops, additionally reviewing qualitative and quantitative data regularly to help highlight and emphasize the impact CLL programs have on students. Maintain knowledge of and conduct research on leadership theories, concepts, topics, models, and applicable activities.

Complete charts, provide patients food/water, and assist nurses at the nursing station as a maternal and child health volunteer. Take specimens to the lab, answer phones, and discharge patients as a lobby volunteer.
