In this role I owned and managed several concurrent development projects a being developed by onshore and primarily offshore development teams.Recent projects include design of an web initiated mail merge using stored procedures and service broker queues and a web initiated import and export framework utilising SSIS and service broker.I also engaged with clients and partners to gather requirements for, design and project manage integrations, e.g. linking with payroll providers and on-line recruitment systems.I also provided pre-sales consultancy when required and was the highest level of technical escalation for issue resolution.• Provide leadership of the technical architecture used for all CIP products and to ensure the strategic vision is clear to all, both onshore and offshore.• Overall responsible for ensuring that the technologies we use are appropriate for what we are trying to deliver to our clients.• Product Owner for several concurrent development projects, managing them from conception to final code, utilising relevant resources on and off-shore.• Authority on the technical infrastructure of the product and provide advice and guidance to the rest of the business.• Engage with external partners and other stakeholders on matters of architecture and technical design.• Engage with clients on matters of technical architecture and product design.

This role involved creation of functional requirements from existing product functionality, internal product suggestions and consultancy with key clients.I also developed internal systems for managing product changes and oversaw the testing of new products.Once new product was ready I managed the initial role outs to clients with the consultancy team.• Product functional specifications.• Product quality and suitability.• Product documentation and help.• Internal product training.• Maintain and develop product knowledge in the business.• Manage beta site installation and support.

This role included the management of one of the consultancy teams on top of my own Consultancy tasks. The management of the team ensured that the consultants had the appropriate product training and knowledge, delivered a quality service to our clients and were meeting revenue targets.• Same duties as for previous role.• Management of team of 4 consultants.

This role involved delivering a complete HR systems consultancy service to clients. As a client’s consultant I was solely responsible for all aspects of their engagement, from system implementation, through data migration, system customisation and account management.I also worked with the Product Director to create the companies first Windows based systems.• Consultancy for clients HR departments.• On site implementation, configuration and customisation of client systems.• Client product training.• Design and development of new Windows product.• Internal training.• Helpdesk.

Working in the Structures Group to help in with production handover and design and modification of various parts of the launcher vehicle for a variant of the Rapier surface to air missile system.
