Managed a caseload of litigated credit hire, repair claims and ULR. The role involves negotiating settlement with insurers and Defendant solicitors and liaising with panel solicitors in reaching settlement whereby delegated authority is not afforded to them. My role also covers acting as a technical and legal focal point for the company, both at the micro level on a claim by claim basis and the macro, of streamlining operations, controlling leakage and maximising revenue generation.
