I am Head of Digital Consulting at the University of Nottingham (UoN). I bring a unique blend of multidisciplinary academic research and industry experience to drive disciplined and impactful innovation. My background as a Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) researcher honed my skills in understanding user needs, building novel technologies and evaluating their effectiveness. Through a career change into professional roles in IT and Enterprise Architecture, I gained in-depth knowledge of business strategy, business processes and the role of digital as an enabler.These combined perspectives allow me to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and practical business needs. I help stakeholders to understand, explore and prove the “art of the possible”, while also shaping the strategic introduction of enterprise-wide innovations that enhance efficiency, user experience, and overall business value. I enjoy collaborating with senior leaders across all of UoN’s business units to understand their challenges and future aspirations to identify where digital capabilities can help them achieve their goals.
