About Stuart Rance

As the founder and owner of Optimal Service Management Ltd. (www.optimalservicemanagement.com), I help clients improve how they create value for themselves and their customers. I am a lead architect and lead examiner for ITIL 4, as well as author of the 2011 edition of ITIL® Service Transition, and co-author of ITIL Practitioner. I was also the lead author and chief examiner for RESILIA™ Cyber Resilience Best Practice.
