Being immeasurably proud of the company and what the family has achieved I am involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the company from promoting the company and looking for new, challenging and exciting projects to meeting with customers to discussing their engineering requirements and providing innovative cost effective solutions.I throw myself into the job as part of the team, planning every aspect of the project from design calculations, CAD simulations, submissions of notifications, method statements and risk assessments and I am able to become part of the team to complete the project on time and within scope.
