Key Achievements • Led team of lawyers advising on regulatory changes including implementation of Privacy Act amendments, StrongerSuper, MySuper; Prudential Standard SPS 231 (Outsourcing). • Pursuit/ recovery of claims under professional indemnity insurance programme • Supported successful delivery of remediation programme for Superpartners’ core administration systems• Supported the engagement of service providers to deliver major IT transformational change project • Providing legal support for two successful Capital Raisings• Supporting the Sale of Superpartners by shareholders to Link Market Services

Providing expert legal advice and support for Accenture Australia's IT outsourcing contracts, including new business contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and regulatory advice.

Key Achievements • 2005-2006: Led the legal negotiations for CSC’s successful bid for Rio Tinto IT Outsourcing contract• 2005: Led the legal stream for the successful pursuit by CSC of an opportunity to provide IT outsourcing services for the Western Australian Government’s Office of Shared Services• 2004: Led legal negotiations supporting CSC’s successful extension of a contract with GE for the provision of Mainframe Processing for GE’s largest business unit (GE Money)• 2003: Legal support for CSC’s divestment of its Australian payroll processing business to Empower (an Australian business)• 2002: Led the legal stream for the negotiation of IT services outsourcing agreement with Western Australia Police Service• 2001: Negotiation of an extension of CSC’s agreement with Victorian Workcover Authority for the provision of applications support and mainframe processing services for VWA’s core insurance management business application• 2001: Legal support for CSC’s divestment of its New Zealand business to Hewlett Packard• 2000: Led the legal stream for the negotiation of mainframe processing services agreement with Transport Accident Commission• 2000: Led the legal stream for CSC’s successfully bid for full scope outsourcing of BHP’s information technology services and the share purchase of BHP’s wholly owned subsidiary (BHP IT).
