WIG is backed by leading global infrastructure investors, Brookfield Infrastructure.Over the last 8 years (2014-2022) I have been deploying the Cornerstone (TEF/VF) Beacon Upgrades across the WIG Portfolio of sites. This has covered everything from small transmission upgrades to full end to end site builds. I am currently working on the Nationwide Cornerstone (TEF/VF) Beacon 2 and 5G Upgrade Rollout. I am responsible from beginning to end for the sites as they come into WIG through Acquisition, then released into Build. I will then oversee the close out of the site with handover and final account documentation.

Whilst in this position I have worked on the H3G LTE Upgrade Project, VF/O2 4G Beacon Project, MBNL 2G Refresh, O2 Olympic Microcell Rollout and the O2 1800 Upgrade Project. More recently I Managed the installation of the O2/VF Temporary installations for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. To show a bit of diversity I have also Project Managed the installation and commissioning of 10 Wind Turbines for ICS.

My role as Project Manager included the Management of the following Projects over my 4 years with Pentacom Projects: Telent GBNR Upgrade Project for Airwave (UK Wide), Orange Site Share Projects for O2 (UK Wide), Wireless Infrastructure Group Site Share and New Builds (UK Wide), National Grid Wireless/Arqiva Lightning Protection Replacement on Pylons and Greenfield Sites (UK Wide), Orange Lightning Protection Replacement on NGW Pylons and Orange Greenfield Sites (UK Wide) and I have also been involved in the Orange Decommission Project (UK Wide). I have also completed the Management and delivery of a major classroom extension project at Frankley Community Learning Centre in the Public Sector for Birmingham Council. I have vast experience of liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to ensure that the various projects under my Management are delivered to the clients on time and within the specified budget. I manage my Projects allocation from the client's right through to delivering the sign off and Handover Information back to the clients. I provide detailed reports to my Line Manager and Directors regarding the activity of my Projects on a weekly basis, however there is constant communication on a daily basis regarding Project progress.

Included: My role was mainly telephone based but I did have face-to-face contact with clients when they visited the offices. I managed a team of 2 full time staff. I was the prime contact for the clients with regards to all queries and requests. I ensured that all Monthly Management Information was distributed within the specified Clients Service Level Agreements. I also had a large involvement in providing ad hoc information for Debt Purchase Projects. I maintained up to date client information, contacts, telephone numbers etc. I also completed ad hoc queries, internally for the Board of Directors, the Account Management Team and externally for our clients. I was required majority of the time to work unsupervised but had regular meetings with the Business Development Director.

My role at Boots was to manage stock coming into the store every day and ensure that sufficient replenishment stock was ordered on a daily basis. I also had 4 morning staff to manage when filling the shelves with new stock each day.
