Building a global brand and delivering upon that brand and client expectations is what pushes Milestone to be a key partner and the ability to deliver on those expectations in more than 40 countries.In this role I am tasked with strengthening the global reach of Milestone and to the building of talent acquisition teams to support future growth and lead the talent retention strategy globally. With teams located throughout the Americas, EMEA and APAC we work with some of the world's most respected companies and support the technology needs that make them and Milestone successful. Additional responsibilities include a full creation and rollout of a global Job architecture, including compensation banding and position leveling along with standardized job descriptions. Global process realignment for the onboarding and workflow for all employees joining Milestone in more than 40 countries.

Overall responsibility for the professional level recruiting globally utilizing recruiting teams in 6 different countries throughout North America, South America, EMEA, APAC and ANZ. Through these channels and in coordination with all internal organizations I was responsible for the talent acquisition and talent retention strategy globally.Led the global rollout of Workday Recruiting and HCM (HR) modules while sitting on the steering committees for the payroll and benefits rollout as well.
