Additionally, I have led three Centers of Expertise and created a Strategic Workforce Plan which was delivered through Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, overall HR Strategy and M&A.I developed the approach and methodology that has ensured talent impacts and implications are fully incorporated into IFF’s overall corporate strategy development and execution. I emphasized qualitative as well as quantitative elements in workforce planning to deliver the business strategy through a clear definition of the skillsets and capabilities the company needs across different functions. ✔ Fully integrated Workforce Planning 2.0 process, used by both Business Units and all Functions to support more effective strategy development and execution.✔ Reimagined the processes, tools and technologies utilized for candidate sourcing, assessment, attraction. Enhanced them to become best practices, while ensuring they were engineered and aligned to deliver the requirements laid out in the workforce plan.✔ Created a Diversity and Inclusion Function and developed a new and novel vision, mission and goals.
