Assisting the Licensing Manager in managing all aspects of a progressive Club Licensing system for the Scottish FA. Representing the Scottish FA and undertake Club Licensing audits, membership application audits and any other such audits at club grounds as directed, including assessment of Club Academy Scotland criteria.Preparation of reports on licensing audits for clubs, staff and the Licensing Committee.Provision of relevant secretarial services, guidance and recommendations to the Licensing Committee in support of the Licensing Manager.Representation of the Scottish FA on UEFA Club Licensing matters.Assistance to the Licensing Manager in maintaining the Scottish FA’s Club Licensing accreditation status with UEFA to ensure that Scottish clubs are eligible to participate in UEFA club competitions. Development and continuous improvement of the process and management operations for Club Licensing in the form of a Quality Manual or other documentation. Preparation of analysis and benchmarking reports on standards and formulate strategies for continuous improvement of standards in line with the Club Licensing objectives.
