My main drive in this role is to make our processes as lean as possible and to focus on our [internal] customers. I'm a big believer that if you make life easier for your customers/users then you make life easier for yourself. With this role I am still at ThoughtWorks and still making good use of my Business Analysis and Project Management skills but I now have to look after 2 larger teams and report to C-Level execs. I love it, I love the variety, the unpredictability and having peers and team members from all over the world.
