Everyday my team and I are inspired and motivated to help take the costs, confusion and myths out of saving for retirement and change the way the industry better meets our society's needs. I love to work with teams to re-imagine solutions and ideas into powerful offerings that quickly grow to become ongoing, profitable concerns. We're doing that at ShareBuilder 401k everyday. I've had wonderful growth experiences in diverse functions of marketing, product management, pricing, sales/account management, and operations. I've led ShareBuilder 401k across different life cycles including venture backed startup, to part of a public company, and then to lead a buyout of the unit. I bring my experience in finance, travel, telecom, brand, and consumer package goods to help creatively solve, teach and inspire our team to help Americans save. I enjoy creating and evolving our business strategy that delivers our mission, helps maximize growth and builds customer love.
