I serve all Texas homeowner needs and focus on finding the right programs for my clients. I work diligently to specialize in all programs. However, VA loans are a primary focus of mine due to many family members, including my wife Erika, being a veteran of the armed forces.​More notably, I created Loan 2 Love. Through my own experiences and hardships, my drive and focus has always been on making a positive difference in other's lives. I started the process to volunteer with foster children, but I was feeling guilty because between a family and working 9+ hours a day, I didn't feel it would be enough. For each loan processed, a portion of the commission goes towards child advocacy. It is a personal mission dedicated to raising money and awareness for child advocacy.​But hey, if you’re going to work with me, you probably want to know more than just my profession. I’m not JUST a Mortgage Lender-- I’m also a husband, father, seafood and BBQ lover and was born and raised on the Texas Gulf Coast. As a kid I loved math and knew I wanted to do something with numbers. I found as I got older, I was good at helping people understand finances and putting it in a way that was relatable to them. That led me to get a degree in finance and pursue a career helping people obtain their dream home. Too bad that degree isn’t helping with my daughter’s 4th grade math homework…LOL!​The truth is, most lenders have access to the same programs and rates. I am honest, ethical, and will always find the best scenario that fits you and your family.
