Back in the very early days we were traipsing round industrial estates hawking our wares and mainly getting doors slammed in our faces. Undeterred we kept pressing forward trying to work our way into a market previously monopolised by BT.Now we have grown to one of the foremost independent telecoms, internet and network providers in the London and the South East. We have been involved with some very prestigious projects (The Olympics, The Savoy Hotel, The Shard, Local & Central government, The Royal Opera House to name drop a few) and continue to serve them today. We have built a small but perfectly formed team of sales, service, engineering, project delivery, and accounts personnel. We look after our team and the team look after our business. Covey’s book I’d suggest you do. I extend trust to all suppliers and customers, but if its abused it will be withdrawn very quickly. Likewise, I won’t deal with customers who I feel don’t trust me when I’ve done enough to earn it. I don’t screw people over, life’s too short and I like a good nights sleep. We don’t get it right 100% of the time (who does) but if we do make a mistake we put our hands up and fix it fast. Outside of business I’ve been married for 20+ years (lucky lady) we have two kids that are growing up way too fast, a mental dog and two moody cats. I enjoy my sports, football and rugby both playing and coaching and particularly the beers afterwards.
