Responsible for the coordination and management of sales campaigns, working with General Managers in each region, District Sales Managers, Regional Marketing Managers and the TeleSales team as well as our channel partners. This role involves managing multiple sales campaigns at a given time.

Prior to this I was a Performance Support Specialist, where I was responsible for coaching staff for several clients in order to meet quality expectations and had also been a Team Leader, where I was responsible for handling escalated customers and supporting staff in a Help Desk role for another client.

I was responsible for the daily operations of their Oromocto location and then their Regent Mall location. Prior to this, I was a sale representative in their Fredericton location and was also their computer specialist for a period of time. Duties as senior sales consultant included such things as scheduling, inventory, monthly reporting and handling all banking transactions. I was also trained in all aspects of Aliant, including cellular, landline, internet and their CSM.
