Created a data center solution to support high volume, high availability transactional websites, email, DNS and other web services with a keen focus on performance and security. Implemented firewall policies, load-balancing and SAN storage solutions to support the Mr Site range of products.Co-created the initial packaging design, which landed the product with dozens of retail awards and a prized place in the Design Museum, London, for the unique approach used in the design of the retail pack.Introduced the product into retail space, with the likes of Amazon, PC World/DSG, iwoot, play.com, Costco and other key multiples in the offline and online world and continued to maintain those relationships, ensuring Mr Site was the top seller in the Chart Track Charts for DSG and PC World over a period of several years.Managed an office in total of 70 staff and liaised with branch offices in Asia and London. Grew and developed the teams operating within the company to grow the product range and support around 50,000 customers.
