Developed a business comprising over 50 major clients in the UK, including the likes of Dyson, HP, AXA, HSBC, Bristol University and Nandos. Majoring on corporate and private event work, marketing, branding and promotional work for businesses across the region.

Project Management, Design and Fit Out Agency.

Responsible for planning, running and delivery of design and build projects c. £1-2M across southern UK, including pre-contract tendering.Sites included complex occupied multi phased within London. Typical law firm, blue chip clients, refurbishment and fit-out.

Head of the Project Management and our Client Services team in our Bristol office. I am directly responsible for costs and management on projects up to £12M and have been instrumental in organisational improvements for communication, efficiencies and cost savings. My major projects are included below in this profile, but my role also includes many smaller adhoc works. Projects have been managed accordingly to client need and project profile, but have included traditional procurements routes, D&B and construction management.Whilst the business needs and project profiles have developed, I have brought in organisational and systems improvements to aid in the growth of the organisation. Such initiatives have included:Development and implementation of online based document sharing facilities, which have streamlined the process for tendering, improved client communication, reduced production costs and enabled straight forward auditing of projects. Developed and implemented new systems over a 4 month period for the management of small works, including time recording, material procurement and billing, all of which enables clients to be kept informed, improved workflows and reduced administration time.Cost Reporting System improvements - Enhancements to allow for more accurate project forecasting and reporting for major projects. Developed common project management systems and protocols considering all other business interdependencies.

Multi-site project management (up to 20 sites with up to 100 dwellings at a time) across the South of England for the refurbishment of social housing properties in line with decent homes standards. Including electrical, plumbing, kitchen and bathrooms.Whilst in this role, developed and implemented new company wide electronic management reporting systems to improve client communication, efficiency and billing times. Supported and ran small works teams and tradesmen on up 30 sites at a time across Bristol. Developed and Implemented new processes and database system for the control of owned plant & equipment. Changed purchase order systems to ensure all orders placed were fully audit-able to assist with cost control and invoice approvals.
