Key responsibilities: To provide financial management for a Italy & Iberian group countries Manage relationship with Head of Country to meet financial requirements Provide leadership for a team of direct reports Provide leadership for a matrix managed virtual team / overseas team due to out sourcing Out sourcing knowledge transfer lead Monthly Reporting in a timely and accurate manner Completion of yearly Statutory Accounts Liason with Auditors - Internal & External Continuous development & training of staff Member of Senior Management Team responsible for future development

Key responsibilities: Maintenance of General Ledger for Italian & Iberian entities Preperation of monthly forms for Financial & Management Accounts inc. Balance Sheet Review Ad hoc P&L analysis / variance reporting Cash Flow Forecasting Coordination of tasks by Accounts Payable / Receivable & Treasury Timely, accurate support of in-Country Finance Manager & other internal Customers, includes Statutory Accounts preperation. Delegation of tasks to the GL Analysts & day to day supervision of work Examination of transactions processed Balance Sheet reconciliation & monthly ledger reviews Intercompany reconciliations Preperation of monthly KPI's Liason with Internal & External Auditors People Management

Key responsibilities: Maintenance of General Ledger under supervision of GL Manager Process of General Ledger journals, to understand & challenge Liase with Accounts Payable / Receivable, Treasury & update GL Manager Liase with country Finance team on all clearing house issues Assist GL Manager & Area Controller on all Reporting issuesSpecific Tasks: Preperation of key Balance Sheet reconciliations including Prepayments, Accruals & Payroll related liabilities Check integrity of interfaces Ensure prepayments are released on a consistent basis Review Fixed Asset postings with GL Manager Ensure correct posting of Payroll journal and reasonableness of liabilities Ledger revaluations Periodic review of Bad Debt provision Timely response to adhoc requests from Group Finance
