Delivered the project on time and well under the £2.2m budget.Priory TogetherManaged the development of a booking system through the final stages of UAT, resolving complex issues and using negotiation skills to effectively lead and manage the supplier. The system supports 12,000 outpatients annually, allowing them to book, pay for, and manage their appointments. It also enables PMI Partners to book appointments on behalf of their customers. Priory Together is integrated with multiple Priory systems and can be leveraged for other user groups once embedded.
