This deployment is a pillar application of a wider Oracle R12 ERP deployment. To deliver, I led a project team of 8 people, 4 of which were direct reports. Major Deliverables were:- Several rounds of Conference Room Pilot testing (CRP testing) over a period of 15 months- Code set deployment and stability testing- Defect reporting, and testing of new fixes- Design of several new pieces of functionality built out specifically for the Cheltenham facility- Deployment of the client to 250 shopfloor clients- Coordination of training of 400 usersIn addition to the above, I have carried out the following activities:- Acted as Proficy Program Manager whilst staff were moved between roles- Owned the Newark blueprint and deployment codeset- In 2015, I have lead all major design work for the v6.3.2 codeset globally
