I have a good understanding of the end-user requirement from my background, and can interact with both customers and technical specialists effectively.I designed and implemented the Igloo Enterprise environment for Travelers. I am the primary support person at Travelers for WTW's Igloo and ResQ.Building on my strong knowledge of insurance software, I am also the primary support person of RMS Risklink catastrophe modelling software and Lexis Nexis Bridger Insight XG. I am a Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 7.x administrator with good VMWare and Windows server/AD/Group Policy management skills - I have a broad range of experience!I developed the Dell Wyse/Citrix XenDesktop solution for Travelers with the potential for it to rollout to 100's of users. I am also developing the Profile management system with a view to using it to migrate us to Windows 10/Office 365I have managed the Travelers Office 2013 rollout project. In 2014 I did my third Windows 7 migration and have experience of using SCCM.I managed a MFD printer rollout across the UK and Ireland and I manage Nuance ShareScan (ECopy) scanning software in conjunction.I am proficient in SharePoint sites and am currently building a team site.
