During 2012 I co-ordinated many IT changes throughout a period of major reorganisation (integration of three domains) for a department of 750 employees across EMEA.I was the primary contact/representative of the actuarial business to discuss and implement multiple IT changes in co-operation with the IT department.On behalf of the department, I managed their Windows 7 migration with a key focus on business continuity and updating the software for the newer operating system.
