As a trainer, coach and speaker, I help execs and teams become better at influencing, negotiating, pitching and partnering. I help them bring their best to the types of conversations and situations where they know they’ll be tested. That test might be because of the personalities involved, the pressure on their shoulders, or because they really can’t afford the conversation to go like the last one.
