With a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alabama and over eight years of experience in customer service, I am passionate about the role of libraries and non-profits in improving the lives of the members of our community. Throughout my career at the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library and the University of Alabama Libraries, I have honed my skills in patron assistance and library operations. My technical expertise, developed through roles in IT and technical support, complements my strong customer service abilities, allowing me to provide comprehensive support to both patrons and staff.In my current role with United Way, I have further developed my administrative and organizational skills while supporting the community through various initiatives.
