    Stuart was engaged by the Office of the CIO (OCIO) within NDIA to head up the core business system program of work. Initially, all NDIA’s core system work was outsourced to Services Australia (formerly DHS). Stuart reinvigorated the stalled portfolio and the relationship between the two organisations to establish an effective high quality high-cadence delivery operation to meet the demands of the growing NDIA Business. Stuart worked with the NDIA Business, OCIO and Services Australia to introduce a strong high-cadence delivery model between the business and the delivery teams that resulted in a monthly release program of over $25m being delivered each year. Key achievements within the Portfolio have been: • Recovery and establishment of a high-cadence delivery model with NDIA’s primary IT Services Provider – Services Australia• Digital Strategy enablement: Establishment of an integration/API framework so that NDIA partners can interact digitally with NDIA and NDIA’s mobile platform can integrate with NDIA core systems. This was an IBM Connect (APIC) framework integrated to NDIA’s core SAP CRM and services in excess of 1m transactions per day across NDIA’s Digital Partners. • Implementation of NDIA first integrated web-based application - a major challenge in the Federal Government context• Accelerated (4 months) establishment of a fully integrated and secure Salesforce/MuleSoft platform inclusive of real-time data replication services with the legacy Services Australia SAP CRM environment.• Establishment of enterprise Salesforce and MuleSoft platform management and Release management functions.• Delivery of system/platform resilience programs across NDIA Core Business Systems• Delivery of Data Migration strategy and solution for 2 million customers to support Pilot and Go Live • Strategy development and program delivery execution of NDIA’s Core System Pilot (Nov 2022) and National Go Live (Oct 2023) programs.
