CWT M&E had the potential for significant growth in the market with a presence in over 60 countries with 1400 employees and a revenue of over $30 million. I saw an opportunity to align.

I was approached by an ex-colleague to take a leading role in the Digital Transformation team. Providing business architecture and go to market direction to Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Strategic teams. This ensured a unified end to end experience for both employees and clients as the organisation moved from an analogue call centre.

Asked to adopt the newly created role leading the technology for Sanctions and PEP screening at HSBC. I immediately took responsibility for all screening applications employed across multiple business units in 76 countries and, over a 3-year program, moved to a single global standard, ensuring global consistency and a heavily governed and regulated.

I was approached by Thomson Reuters to re-join as Product Manager for the newly formed Financial Crime and Reputational Risk (FCR) division of Thomson Reuters, working with multiple acquisitions including World-Check, Complinet, Integrascreen and Transaction Monitoring from Northland Solutions to align all products into a single product roadmap.
