Managed and maintained core system stack (including Pivotal CRM, 8x8 VoIP contact center and in-house integrated applications) that captured, housed and managed sales pipeline of 70,000+ opportunities and $1.5 billion in sales revenue annually.- Led IT project management, datacenter management, capacity planning, budgeting, systems selection, DR, backup and continued development of sales system stack. - Recruited, managed and trained team of 12 (developers, analysts and project managers) to facilitate sales productivity.
