After more than 12 years of dedication and hard work at Kamstrup, heading and building the HR function as Vice President of this great company, it is now time for me to move on to new adventures as CHRO at BILA Group. It has been a fantastic journey starting as HR employee no 1, at a time where Kamstrup was approx. 750 employees and a turnover of 1 BDKK until today, where +1,700 employees have delivered a 2023 turnover of +3,6 BDKK with a profit of 514 MDKK. I have been very fortunate to part of this international growth, but the best part is that I have had the pleasure of being involved in hiring hundreds and hundreds of highly dedicated, competent and passionate people who those to be part of Kamstrup and to ensure clean water and energy all over the world. From a local company receiving 30 to 40 applications per year, to be an international and strong employer brand, resulting in more than 15,000 applications a year and with more than 43,000 followers on LinkedIn. When growing a company 3,5 times over 12 years you must hire great people, but it is equally important to constantly train and develop the organization, and I am proud that we have succeeded in creating a learning culture that have been a foundation for growing the organization from the young talent to the experienced leader. I am especially proud of the programs for Interns and Graduates that have fueled the growth by filling between 10% to 20% of new full-time positions, is there anything better than to witness talent develop?
