Experienced leader with over 35 years of operational management and technical expertise in fiberglass manufacturing and processing. In depth knowledge of fiber forming of E glass and high strength fiberglass (4 to 17 micron diameter range). In addition to fiberglass formation and fabrication, I managed several operations that utilized either chopped or continuous strand fiberglass for production of plastic composites or asphaltic reinforcement. I am available for industry consultation or short term management opportunities.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Managed two high speed, high volume wet formed mat machines co-located with one of the company's 4 meter roofing plants. Plant output supported approximately half of GAF's roofing plant network with reinforcing mat for its roofing products.Met and exceeded targeted metrics for plant output, cost, product quality and employee safety during my tenure as leader.

Acted as company liaison in working with major fiberglass suppliers of wet use fiberglass strand. I also was the manufacturing facilitator working with the company's R and D group to implement high value projects to improve the reinforcement used in the production of asphaltic roofing products.

Greater Nashville Area, Tn

Successfully managed a high volume fiberglass chopped strand manufacturing facility. The plant supplied the input for two high volume wet process mat machines that provided the reinforcing substrate to all of the company's roofing plants.

Managed production, maintenance and distribution functions in a large fiberglass production facility. The operation's focus was fine fiber continuous filament yarn products for use primarily in the electronics market and specialty high strength fiber for aerospace and military applications.

Held several operational leadership positions as well as technical and supervisory roles earlier in my time at OC.
