I am a detail-oriented, collaborative leader with 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations and process improvement implementation. By working closely with employees on all levels of the organization, I have successfully managed people, projects and processes in a variety of environments. While in France, I managed a team in the implementation of new technologies and improving current processes for chemical coatings. After receiving my certification in Lean Six Sigma, I led the integration of lean processes across the country for 20+ facilities for over 6 years. As a branch manager I led sales and profit growth, while maintaining the highest levels of safety for my staff along with quality and delivery to my customers. My passion is driving improvements through positive change to efficiently manufacture top quality products while helping people perform their best.I am currently employed at The Krusteaz Company as the Continuous Improvement Manager in Kent, Washington. This role has quickly become my dream job. I work with a dynamic, diverse and capable team and a supportive leadership team guiding the way. Along with Continuous Improvement, I also oversee the Safety Department and Technical Training.
