I have the privilege to teach the Word of God in exciting and creative ways to middle and high school students. I have the joy of serving with a team of people I love and respect as we minister to over 200 students every week. I get to collaborate with other team members to design engaging and out of the box church services and student services. I am empowered by my overseers to think creatively, dream big, and take faith filled risks. I am passionate about consistent and clear communication with parents so that the ministry can partner with them to better influence their students. I love what I do, because I get to help students fall in love with Jesus.In 2013 I spearheaded the vision casting and planning for a church wide outreach campaign. The campaign brought in over 450 new visitors to our church services. Each week of the four week campaign we saw many people giving their heart to Christ for the first time. Through the preparation and campaign a fresh passion grew throughout our church for reaching our community with the hope of the Gospel. We have begun planning to do a "Big Push" like this every year.

Recruited and equipped a passionate team of adults to mentor and serve the student ministry. Served in district leadership and led a network of youth pastors to achieve goals and maintain spiritual health. Created engaging and biblically focused student ministries for middle and high school students.Led a winter retreat that grew to over 400 registrants.Served the church by leading the disciple making ministries, preaching, and visitation as needed. Founded on school campus outreach oriented ministries.
