I support the evolution of their companies from startups to more structured and efficient models through consulting, networking, and funding.My professional experience has been shaped by various leadership roles, such as being the Director of Services at ALVAO, CIO at B:TECH, and the head of IT specialists at ŽĎAS. I have always built teams based on strong trust, which fosters the courage to change and improve. Together, we have innovated processes and implemented information systems across many organizations of varying sizes and philosophies. Currently, I am engaged in strategic-level consulting as a member of the Advisory Board. Strategy and values are the main building blocks of a great organization.
