Core features include integrations with central MIT systems, mail merge, constituent interaction tracking, academic tracking, and cohort management. Employed novel methods for managing customer-specific customizations, as well as a release process for deploying product updates to existing clients.• Developed a high-profile system for the Office of Undergraduate Advising and Academic Programming for managing the needs of three business units. Functionality included tracking the workflow for several sensitive processes such as student withdrawals, returns, performance flagging, academic counseling, and disability accommodations.• Developed an academic program administration system used by several departments. Core features include student lifecycle tracking (admissions to alumni), faculty tracking, and class scheduling.
