Erica is owner and principal designer for Studio B Design Group. Licensed both nationally and with the state, Erica has also directly managed multiple award winning projects, including three 1st Place and one 2nd place ASID Legacy of Design Awards, two 1st Place ASID Design Ovation awards, as well as others. She is a professional member of IIDA and is also a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council (USGBC). Her professional experience includes corporate, multi-family, churches, and luxury homes located throughout the United States. She serves as the project manager and team leader, overseeing every phase of design from concept through construction documents and on to final installation. Erica excels in attention to detail and enabling a large group of contractors and associates to work together to create the client’s vision. Her strengths lie in listening to the client and delivering the product they ask for in a timely, sustainable, and professional manner.Erica is responsible for conducting project meetings with owners, contractors and consultants in addition to her position as principal designer and owner.
