About Guus Van Engelshoven

I am a writer, editor and curator, working on the fault line where the language of art meets the art of language. Based in Maastricht, I work with artists, collectors, cultural institutions and governmental agencies.Drs. Guus van Engelshoven (1988) graduated in 2011 from Maastricht University with a BA in Literature, Arts & Culture and an MA in Arts & Heritage: Policy, Management & Education. Currently, he is curator of contemporary art at Museum Het Nieuwe Domein in Sittard. He writes regularly for Metropolis M and is the proud chairman of the board of opera and music theatre company Het Geluid Maastricht, as well as the widely acclaimed band YIN YIN.
