  A draftsman by trade and a designer by profession.  My background and experience of some 40 years started out space planning grocery store format designs for new construction, interior renovations, build-outs, and additions for a corporate grocery chain. Coordinated design of all plan layouts with department heads, specialists and purchasers in-house as well as communicating the scope of work with architects, contractors, product representatives and venders.  At a retail support center, we provided "Store Engineering" services to independent retailers that included the budgeting, purchasing and scheduling of products as it was related to grocery store fixtures, food service and preparation, stock area and back room equipment. Also we provided special services that included store design and interior coordination working drawings given to architects to produce construction plans or directly to contractors to build or install.  Additionally, I was employed with four architectural firms over a 25-year period doing design development and construction document phases of project delivery of architectural drawings working as a CADD technician, project team member, an individual contributor and a project coordinator. In whatever capacity, I engaged in project types that included corporate, retail, industrial, interior build‐out, and complex renovation projects. Provided site verification and field measurement work of existing facilities producing as-built drawings essential for renovation, addition or facility improvement design. Provided construction administration services and coordinated addenda, construction bulletins, directives, RFI responses, also performed shop drawings and submittal reviews.  Today, as a Registered Interior Designer and a technical specialist in construction document and various types of working drawings, I'm a co-owner of a home business, Studio H2, where we provide services such as consultant and contract work for architects, developers, property managers, corporate entities, and clients at large. Among the many things we do include single family and vacation home design and plans.
