Our mantra is Get Better. I serve the wonderful humans around me by helping them be better today than yesterday, personally and professionally, through coaching, mentorship, and training. We all rise together by sharing our experiences, values, purpose, knowledge, and skills.I work to build a curious organization hungry to know and be more. For instance, our RAD (Reflection-Action-Direction) program replaced the old, ineffective performance review, putting employees in charge of their goals, focusing them forward, and promoting themselves their way. Also, "collaborative coaching:" A program of regular training on effectively receiving advice/coaching (the artist formerly known as "feedback") from teammates—this just so happens to make it easier for others to give advice/coaching (hint: because we all learned to receive it well together). And one more for good measure: Get Better Coffee Talks - A monthly social/learning gathering on a Friday morning with a discussion topic to help us all get better as humans while sipping on our favorite caffeinated beverages.You're curious, too?! I have been working with PHP and various PHP frameworks and systems for 20 years. I now help at meltmedia with the Drupal Line of Business.

My current role is in business development. I'm involved in nurturing potential relationships with clients in need of enterprise content management systems, custom software from web-based apps to mobile apps, email marketing, and design service (including UI/UX design). And, as always, at meltmedia I'm the "Chief Tinkerer," so weird contraptions, repairs to mechanical and electronic object in the office, or increasing the speed of office furniture are well within my job description.

Liaison between sales/marketing and development teams; general technical strategy for meltmedia and its clients; brand and product development; idea guy; funny guy.

Currently building iPhone/iPad and Mac OS X applications in Cocoa and Objective-C. Had spent the past year+ building Adobe Flex applications.

I am using my 30+ years of IT, software development, and business experience to build a small firm in the Phoenix metro area to handle smaller web, mobile, and custom application projects. These are the types of projects that may not be the right fit for medium-sized or larger agencies.We work primarily with Node.js, React, PHP, as well as Swift on iOS, Java on Android, OR React Native for both. We're big on Open Source and we don't touch Micro$oft stuff. Sorry.My partner and I have a small group of friends and former colleagues who can take on projects that range from smaller websites to application prototypes and projects that aren't finished (a project most sane groups run away from). We put websites on anything from Squarespace to Amazon Web Services. Whatever best serves the needs of the project.

Developed web applications including large-scale media server built in PHP and using a MySQL database, load-balanced and optimized with a highly efficient front-end controller in PHP. Application served up millions of images and media assets for nearly all of the VVM web properties.

Headed up group of developers and designers. Gave direction on application design and architecture. Part time role as sales person/engineer.
