Since September 2023, I have led the creation and delivery of Lloyd’s BP2 Readiness Programme, encompassing commercial regeneration and the redefinition of business, data, technical, and infrastructure touchpoints. This includes security and governance reviews and ongoing engagement with senior leadership across Lloyd’s and the London Market. Additionally, I have served as a special advisor to the BP2 project portfolio, addressing programme-wide impacts.In 2023, I contributed to the Open Market End-to-End Business, Data, and Technology Flows, supporting the development of the DPSA service catalogue. My work included identifying key design gaps, proposing remedial actions, and providing critical design input for Lloyd’s Model Office and Market Adoption guides for Brokers and Carriers.Through until Sept 2022, I served as a Technical Strategist for Delegated Authority, leading go-live planning for DCOM and DDM, including integration readiness and long-term architectural roadmaps for the London Market DA space.
