Streamlined operations by restructuring company communications system; introduced VoIP system that generated a 40% reduction in costs. Spearheaded the configuration, maintenance, and backup procedures for 300 workstations with 50 servers annually for corporate clients located throughout the United States. Configured, built, and maintained approximately 35 separate systems and LANs for members. Attained a 100% success rate for recovering critical data for clients experiencing a disaster declaration.
