My role as Resident Assistant was to promote a well-rounded community atmosphere in the residence that is friendly, fun and fulfilling while maintaining a degree of order, discipline and security. I helped to maintain a reasonably quiet environment conducive to study and sleep, and provide opportunities to become engaged in various social and recreational activities. I also managed community expectations by organizing regular floor meetings and floor events.

As an Admin Intern, I am expected to observe the day to day flow of operations, maintain records, schedule space usage and aid in project research alongside all office duties.

The co-director of Development and Innovation aims to oversee the Square Roots Bundle Development and Innovation position of the project, as an instigator. It requires me to evaluate potential locations to expand the project and communicate and research new farms within the area or cross borders.

The role of Yearbook President spans far beyond just handling features and messages in the yearbook but to communicating with entities outside of the school. As Yearbook President, I am required to ensure all accounting transactions are completed and recorded as well as all departments involved in the production of the magazines are up to date with all communications and needs are met.

As Director of Finance, I was responsible for overseeing all financial activities, reporting on revenue, budgeting, distributing funds to planned projects and clubs where necessary along with implementing policies and improving financial processes of the EGLJ.
