  Recent Key Roles and Projects:1) Technical Lead - AirCentre Crew Control and Movement Control Upgrade for EASA compliance.Working to extremely tight deadlines, successfully implemented a new Crew Control System and upgraded the existing Movement Control System, in order to achieve new European Aviation Safety Agency requirements. Lead all tasks from design, Hardware Ratification and Procurement through to Build, Implementation and Service Transition.2) Service Transition Lead - Movement Manager Service Transition.Working alongside a delivery team to design, implement and Service Transition the MM application used to assign all British Airways flights aircraft to the flights. As a Service Level 1 Application (i.e. one of the most Business Critical applications in the airline) the successful and incident free implementation of this was imperative to avoid significant revenue loss. This was duly achieved. 3) Lead Developer - Card Rewrite and Linux migration.AIX to Linux migration of the CARD safety critical system used for calculating the take off speeds for all British Airways aircraft. An in-house system, integrating with Boeing, Airbus and Embraer modules, that required significant redesign.
