I recently completed my Master of Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education with the 2024 Cohort in the area of Education Policy & Analysis with the goal to developing a career in advocating for special educators, shifting mindsets about disability, and leveraging policy chance through data-driven decision making. In my work, I firmly believe that by empowering young people, we can instill hope in the next generation, and that hope is a driving force to improving society. I am now an Autism Unit Intervention Specialist supporting middle and high schoolers with disabilities in building life skills for the future, employed with Cincinnati Public Schools.
