Managed North American outside and inside sales teams for Richardson's Medical Grade Display group (a/k/a "Canvys-Healthcare"). Supported local District Sales Managers' efforts with joint sales visits, plus exhibited at multiple (and attended other) tradeshows to generate new leads. Also directly targeted large corporate health system decision makers. Performed this Canvys-Healthcare role on top of Richardson Broadcast responsibilities as listed below. (Note- Held same N. American Medical Sales Director position for Richardson Electronics in 2005-2007, though as a standalone back then)

Directed sales team's efforts for replacement components and related RF transmission equipment to Television, Radio, and Shortwave broadcasters throughout USA & Canada. Maintained direct relationships with the major networks/groups in each niche, traveling the country to meet with corporate decision makers, exhibit at trade shows, and perform product demonstrations. Also assumed responsibility for identifying sources and negotiating the purchase of viable surplus inventory.

Managed outside and inside sales teams for Medical Division within the Display Systems Group. (See Canvys description details from 2011-2013 for additional information)

Headed 3 separate sales forces as a Regional Manager, directing the promotion of Richardson products to the Eastern third of the USA. Business Unit sales teams included the Electron Device Group (industrial, broadcast, avionics, etc) , Display Systems Group- Custom Displays, and Display Systems Group- Medical Imaging. Business and oversight peaked as high as $40M and 20 reports, respectively. Key products sold included electron tubes, power semiconductors, passives and thermal management solutions, CRT and LCD based monitors, as well as diagnostic imaging equipment and spare parts. Was selected to lead the Healthcare group nationally when the company completed its shift to management specialization by market (rather than geography) in 2005.
