About Boško Stupar

As a small kid I always dreamed of being an engineer. Being a child between X and Y generations I kind of grew up together with the Internet. As time passed by, my passion turned towards the software, and later towards the software architecture. Every move during my professional career took me closer to building a better world by building a better software.My colourful developer experience helped me a lot to achieve many of my architecture goals, and my drive to get a big picture motivated me to appreciate a holistic approach to building software. That is why I have built the website trka.rs where I learned a completely new language (Python) and built a website in аn unknown technology (Django). This took me out of my comfort zone and I had to learn to manage the whole life cycle of a software system. Be it infrastructure, database, backend, frontend, DevOps, scaling, decoupling, documenting, business decisions - just name it.If I had to choose what makes me a valuable team member, it would be recognizing the big picture, while not forgetting the technical details, and being able to communicate that same thing. Right now my job is to recognize when and what has to be done in order to make the development sustainable.
