I am a strategic communication specialist working within the field of work environment and occupational safety and health in the Norwegian tri-partite context. Working with both strategical processes on societal level and addressing work environment issues on both branch/sector and company level. As part of my work, I disseminatie scientific findings from cross-scientific areas, translate complex knowledge, handle press and media as well as develop and perform educational programmes and courses.My professional experience is within a diversity of fields such as consumer marketing, communications and relations, PR, policy and leadership and sales within such diversified fields as the Arts (music and film), Construction, Health Communication and research, Sponsoring and Publishing.On the international level I work to strengthen both the field of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and the communication and dissemination of knowledge - in collaboration with EU-OSHA, the European agency on OSH, the Nordic OSH-institutions and NIVA as well as NOROSH - the publisher of the acclaimed scientific journal Scandinavian Journal of Work, Environment & Health (SJWEH). Globally I have been working closely with the International Labour Organization ILO, the World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centers, the Baltic Sea Network on OSH and the pan-europan network PEROSH as well as participating in the PARC-project.I do enjoy the process of evolving concepts and ideas as well as working strategically, integrating different fields of expertise and different areas of work for better results. Whether it being as a mentor for new start-ups, cultural projects and activities or merged into my own field of work and the development of the work environment area in Norway.
