US company which developed and sold a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. I have been responsible for building up their support organisation in Sweden. The company grew from 6 persons to 15 and the support department from 3 to 8 persons.

Swedish company with about 25 employees that grew to about 60 and who developed and sold security software for Unix and Windows (BoKS and AviBoKS). I was recruited to build up their customer support organisation and we grow from 2 to 7 persons. I had responsibility for Support (1 st and 2 nd Line), Plant, Production, Training and the internal IT environment. During -97 the company was acquired by Security Dynamics, which was later renamed to RSA Security.

Product Manager for their Intel-based Unix machine Intel386i. Later I become Product Manager in the Nordic region for Sun's operating system, SunOS and Solaris. This involved many trips and contacts with Sun's headquarters in Silicon Valley. This also meant that the Security and Distributed Objects (CORBA) came under my responsibility. During -92 to 94 I worked as Transition Manager Solaris and was responsible for the transition from SunOS to Solaris in Scandinavia.
