The primary focus was on increasing the sale of Microsoft software to more than 2500 IT resellers throughout Norway. Secured the biggest order of software licenses through IT distribution in Norway in 2012. Strong qualities included close customer follow up and being a trusted advisor for my customers.

As KAM in Tech Data Norge AS I handled some of the company’s biggest customers including Evry Norge AS, Crayon AS and CGI Norge AS (formerly known as Logica). I communicated with the customers sales departments, managers and employees. Had full responsibility for the budget of approximately 300 mill NOK per annum. Exceeded the budget year over year through strong interpersonal skills, structured follow-up procedures and trust-building.

Total responsibility for the budget in addition to training the resellers both on-site and through video and tele-conferencing. Acted as a license specialist for the Microsoft portfolio of software products. Increased the customer base and the number of sales per customer through building long-term customer relationships as well as a close working relationship with the supplier (Microsoft Norge AS). Travelled throughout Norway training the 2500+ resellers. Produced positive results consistently.

As Training & Quality Manager I was responsible for creating the learning strategy as well as the delivery for new and existing customer service employees in Norway, Denmark, Finland and parts of Sweden. The training was delivered in both Norwegian and English as required, either on-site or through video/teleconferencing. The biggest project I was in charge of consisted of creating and delivering training to 20+ employees from Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland related to the release of Office 2007. Two full weeks of training including a certification process where I had full responsibility for creating the material, deciding on the delivery method. The delivery was done through a combination of face to face training together with videoconferencing for the Finnish participants. I also created an on-boarding process for new customer service employees.
