Leading Inheritec to create technology and data driven solutions for locating and repatriating unclaimed assets, developing and providing associated services and digital solutions to individuals and corporate entities.

Delivering consultative and collaborative strategic solutions to drive cost effective register management and improved shareholder engagement through the creation of innovative solutions to facilitate the achievement of strategic goals of the Company Secretariat and Investor Relations departments of Equiniti’s Blue Chip clients, including the delivery of a first to market dividend payment channel, Equiniti Payment Plus, working in collaboration with Marks & Spencer Group. Management of a product pipeline providing commercial and regulatory oversight of FCA regulated products to ensure delivery to issuers, shareholders and Retail Clients within Client Assets (CASS) and Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) requirements.Representing Equiniti at industry groups including the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA) Registrars Group on key industry topics such as Dematerialisation, Common Reporting Standards (CRS), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), The Shareholder Rights Directive and Market Abuse Directive/Regulation (MAD/MAR).

Managing the day-to-day delivery and product development of regulated share registration products for Equiniti’s Registration Services division, undertaking commercial reviews, supporting client sales and new business tender responses to deliver commercial growth within a regulatory governance framework.

Managing a portfolio of FTSE 100, 250 and private listed clients whilst managing a team of four relationship managers with portfolios of Equiniti's Mid Corporate clients to develop business to business relationships with senior executives. The role is focused retaining and strengthening cross function relationships, delivering outsourced process solutions for highly complex, high volume transactions with large risk accredited to failure through a collaborative, innovative approach to problem solving. Extra to my day to day roll I am also involved with developing Equiniti's CSR strategy and working on our charity commitee.
