Successfully completed a research paper on “Genetic Mutation Analysis by Xmn1 Gene Sequencing”. Learnt about the DNA extraction and the complete procedure of extracting DNA in the original form.Performed Polymerase Chain Reaction on an isolated DNA sample. Learnt how to make a gene variant so as to cure genetically altered diseases. Performed primer designing to mutate the Xmn1 gene.

Worked for two months in the internship (IC-C S40) as Phytoresearcher in the field of Phytopharmaceuticals under the guidance of Dr. Mamta Shukla (VP, Ioncure Tech. Pvt. Ltd.) as mentor where I compiled data for one plant and on two spices for the spice handbook.
